Been using CO2 for a number of years and some of them work better than others. This one is solid - all metal. The ability to gradually feed in the CO2 with the dial makes it much easier to operate. It still gets a bit cold, but all of them do.

Don't buy this!!! the rubber seal inside blew out the first time I used it. You can no longer use this once the rubber is broken.

I sued this inflator for the first time this weekend. I flatted out in a race, pulled this unit out and was back in the race in less than 30 seconds.
Love this little device! Very lightweight and compact. Closes tightly so you dont lose unused CO2 left in the cartridge.
Easy to use but be careful since you need to gently release the co2 otherwise it will brake the valve like I did.

I found this inflator head to work as advertised.
I have not using it yet, but it should work the same with the non-threaded CO2 case. It is should be lighter and easy to use.
