At TriSports, we are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers - and this includes doing everything we can to keep our prices competitive. Our Price Match policy gives you the chance to let us know when another web site is selling the same product for a lower price - and gives us the chance to match that price if we can.

On every product page (with price matching eligible), you'll see the Price Match button below the Add To Cart button. If you'd like us to price match a competitor, simply click the PriceMatch button to go to the price match page for this product. You can then enter the competitor's webpage and the price and add the product to the cart. If the match is approved, the price you'll pay is the price you entered. It's that simple.

Price Match Policies:

• The price match request must be made at the time of purchase.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer in good standing with the brand for this product, offering the full manufacturer's warranty. Going out of business sales are excluded and are not eligible for Price Match.
• We cannot price match non-US retailers because these products do not have a US warranty, do not include US import duties, and may violate US safety regulations.
• The product you would like to price-match must be an identical item including brand, model year, color and size, and pricing should include any applicable competitor sales tax, import duties and shipping charges.
• The product you would like to price-match must be in stock and ready for immediate shipment from the competitor.
• The product must be eligible for price matches and not subject to manufacturer or other restrictions.
• The product must be in brand new condition with original packaging. We cannot price match seconds or used products.
• Price Matches must be requested at the time of purchase. We cannot price match retroactively.
• Products listed on auction sites (e.g. eBay) or by individuals (e.g. Craigslist) cannot be accepted for price matching since authenticity cannot be guaranteed.
• Delayed rebates or special total order discounts cannot be included in the price matching calculation. Please contact us directly if there is a special case you would like us to consider.
• If a discount code is required for the price you would like us to match, please include this in the Price Match form.
• Free bonus products are NOT included with price-matched items.
• Price matches are not available on Special Order products that we do not stock. Certain products that are in very tight supply may not be eligible for price matching. These products will not have a Price Match button on the product page.
• If we suspect you are a re-seller all price matches will be declined.

If your price match request can be verified, your order will ship with no added delay. If we have trouble verifying your price match, we will contact you as quickly as possible via email and will not process your order until we have heard from you. If we have not heard from you within seven days, your order will be canceled.
