The rack is my 2nd after the first one (a different brand) got damaged. This rack is very easy to install, and with the quick dial attachment makes it very stable. My previous rack would shake and wobble, not this one. Love the ease of use, and how stable it is. One small quibble, is that for road tires 23c the cup for the front wheel does not hold well so the wheel and handle bar can twist (I have a deep rim). It's safe and locked to the rack with the strap so no safety issues. The wheel cup is suitable for wider tires, I just need to figure out something to hold the wheel in place with the help of the strap.
Bought the one with the 1 1-4 inch receiver. Couldn't be happier. Super sturdy. Super strong. Two mountain bikes super comfortable. They aren't complaining anymore.
