I did a lot of research on gravel tires before I set my sites on these. I have about 500 miles on them so far, and they just keep shredding. I have done wet, dry, sand, and road with them and they have a lot of bite for all of it.
Excellent all around tire ??.
It had served me well in Cross and in Gravel racing. This is a second purchase of the same tire.
Got these tire for a gravel race that also had a good amount of road time. These tires were perfect the the constant changing surfaces.
Bought these for my father's bike. He is usually a fair weather bike rider, but after a light rain, he went for a spin. After a short descent on a paved path he applied the brakes into a turn and that resulted in him going into a slide. Not necessarily the tires fault. But just a cautionary tail that they may not handle any amount of rain well.
Rolls fast on multiple on multiple surfaces and grips well off road. But the tire side wall clearly state that the tire should only be mounted on hooked rims. Easten confirmed that my rims are hookless, and this tire is not compatible with hookless rims in a tubeless set up. Check your rim profile before purchasing this tire to be certain that it is hooked if you plan to run tubeless.

For context I was riding Schwable Gone bite. I have been riding these for about a month and my impression is that these tires are very fast. I ride pavement on my commute and gravel adventures on weekends or whenever possible. I noticed my top speed on a down hill on my commute has increased by a few mph. Not as much grip as the G one bite, but that is to be expected. Really good tire overall
700, 38 mm
Good overall design. Fast rolling tires. Very good grip.
Width is 40 mm on my 18 mm rims.
Unfortunately I have the front tire burst on the first ride; in pavement, and at max recommended pressure of 6 BAR. Sealant started to burst out of the hole in the tread area.
I use Stannotubes sealant, but it was not able to seal the hole.
I'm going back to WTB tires. More longevity.
Have had several early season rides in VT on these tires which are on a compact cassette endurance style road bike. They are quite and smooth on pavement and hold great on country dirt roads. As most rides around here are blend of two surfaces these tires are perfect.
Rode a set of Vittoria Terreno Dry 2.0 tires for approximately 1200 miles of gravel last year and thought they were pretty fantastic. Very comfortable and durable, zero issues with flats. Love them and will buy another pair when these are worn.
these are great gravel tires and they run pretty fast on the street and gravel very happy that I got these.
I was so impressed with my Vittoria Terreno Dry tires that I purchased these as a replacement set. They ride equally well on gravel and pavement and seem to be more durable than most tires and very puncture resistant, likely due to the graphene compound. I run them tubeless, but I'm sure they roll equally as well with a tubed setup.
I added this tires to my Ritchey swiss cross, I can ride anywhere I want. )
Note: Embossed on the side of the Terreno Dry 2.0 tire, it states very clearly, "MOUNT ON HOOKED RIM ONLY". if you have hookless rims, you ride at your own risk.
The tire does really wel in soft, dry packed gravel. I used it for the tarmac road often so it wore quickly but was well woth it.
I use this tire for 3 season riding . Best all round tire I have found. fast rolling and great cornering on loose compacted gravel and soil.
