Perforations at ears create a lot of drag and wind noise. This thing is annoyingly loud.
on colder winter rides, this keeps my ears warm, even when windy
The good: it's warm and thin so it easily fits under a helmet. The bad: the wind rushing over the ear holes sounds like a jet engine, making it nearly impossible to hear your riding partner.
Was surprised how thin the material of the head band. Expecting a thicker fabric. Not for winter rides. It does feel okay with the ears tucked in. Would use it when it's in the 60s..
