Ive used this rack many times now and find it easy to operate. It has a very snug fit and leaves me feeling comfortable that my bike is safe. It also has a very clean finish that looks sharp. This is the best rack that Ive ever owned and Ive had several.
Very classy looking. Very easy to put together. A well made product. Very simple to put bikes on . It folds up . I highly recommend this product. It may cost a little more, but worth every penny

Bought this one to replace the heavier version that was just too heavy for my Hyundai Sonata. This rack does the trick. Easy to take off and on the car and easier to use. Highly recommend.
Easy to use. Bikes are stable. Tilt away to access your trunk or cargo. Light but very solid, does not budge once installed. Finish is automotive grade. Can be expanded for multiple bikes.
In theory the build it in the box sounded like a great idea. The one I received however had a major flow in one small piece which made it impossible to instal in box. It required me to mount it to the hitch and then loosen every bolt so I could install the tray rods and subsequent back plate. The product its self is easy to use for the most part, secures the bike snuggly and is very sleek, slim and lighter then the Thule. However, if it wasn't for the astronomical return fee I would have returned it and purchased another Thule XTR.
I love how sturdy this thing is. Easy to mount bikes up and hit the road. Haven't used the cable lock yet because i'm paranoid about theft but i'm sure it will be ok to run into a gas station.
This bike rack is amazing! It is elegant in its simplicity and ease of use. The rack is incredibly sturdy once mounted, and the bikes are equally well secured once in place.

I've always wanted a kuat hitch rack for how beautiful it looks compared to other brand bike racks. Love that my bikes sit on the stand as opposed to a previous rack I had that had the bikes hanging by the frame. I feel like it is more safer to have a fork mounted raiser bar and the cable seems pretty reliable. It's all one system. Assembly was pretty easy too!
Bought this for my wife to use when she does her own rides. I have an NV2 but it is far too heavy for her to mount to the hitch. The Sherpa is 20 pounds lighter at around 30# and fit the bill for our needs. It has most of the same features as the NV2 and is perfect for carrying 2 bikes.
I've tried a few different bike racks and this by far is the best in my opinion. I love the fact that you can tighten the hitch so there is no movement play or vibration. It really makes you feel that much more secure to your vehicle. It also has its owe security mechanism as well which you put around your bike/bikes and lock it to the bike rack itself. This is just a really amazing product.

Excellent. Light weight and easy to remove from the hitch and easy to install on a hitch. Durable. Easy to lower the rack with bikes on and still able to open the trunk of my vehicle. Great locking system.
It is a good looking rack and works very well. Easy to use and adjust the fit for my receiver. Once you have it tightened it does not bounce around or make any noise. I have several friends that have Kuat racks and they like them. It is a very good product, not the cheapest but you do get a good looking rack for the money that holds the bike securely in place.

I have a 3 year old Kuat that is great, and this new version is even better. The install is simple - if you follow the directions and use the box as a stand as depicted in the directions.
