Fizz makes water taste so much better.
This little Fizz Tab is great for shorter rides of up to 2 hours, I love the taste, its almost a treat, the grape is like Welches Soda without the sugar, and really does the trick and leaves me feeling refreshed after a quick workout.
I put a few of these tabs in my frame bag when going on long (+100 mile) rides. More convenient than carrying powder and the grape flavor is a nice change
The stuff works. Great fuel to keep you going. I was on a 40 mile ride this past weekend in 80 temps and couldn't get enough of it.
I also have this product in the normal tube dispenser but those are only convenient for home use. For out on the road, I used to wrap tablets in plastic wrap but moisture would quickly seep in. The individual, single-use packaging here solves this problem. While electrolytes are a personal choice, I find that Hammer Endurolytes Fizz are the best for preventing cramps. I chose the tried-and-true lemon flavor. A way to improve this product would be to include a variety of flavors in the 25-tablet bag.
Seems to help rehydrate during a long ride, doesn't taste all that great so 4 stars it is.
