I've used a few different ones and this is the best. Light, small, stable, and won't crack your carbon frame.
This is great for general cleaning and maintenance. Very easy to set up and take down. Will be taking it in the RV.

I've had my Sprint Repair Stand now for a few months and find that I'm using it more often than my coventional Seat Post Repair Stand! The Sprint Stand folds easily and takes up less space in my car than my other Stand and just simply works better for me at the races. The Sprint Stand also holds my bike more securly allowing me to clean and make adjustments to my bike more easily. The bike is able to rotate 360' easily while on the stand. Rear Wheel changes and any Drive Train Work are a snap with this Sprint Repair Stand!
