I have used these tires for years. I live in Phoenix and our problems here are heat, gravel and stickers. Not much rain. These wear very well and resistant to cuts and abrasions.
Bought a pair. Got about 1,300 miles on rear then put new one . Will put old one on front. I seem to get a lot of flats. But it is not the tires fault. Good ride Wears well. Rides well
Used this tire in the rain and it was glued to the road. Would recommend to anyone living somewhere when the weather can be unpredictable.
I have put about 500 road miles on these tires and I am very pleased. I am running 25's, the tire tracks very well and I experienced riding wet roads recently and I was very pleased with the performance of the tire.
Use this as a commuter and winter training tire. So far, so good. More durable than my Conti GP 4000's.
I have raced this tire in Rouba type races, trained on it until the threads showed with no flats. Best bang for you buck for a strong tire. NOT A ROAD RACE TIRE.
Ride year round on these tires as they roll great, very durable, and I rarely get a flat. Worth the extra $ as they last longer and I change fewer tires/tubes
This is my tire of choice.
This Continental may not be the lightest or least expensive tire on the market, but it certainly rolls well and (hope I'm not jinxing myself) has been puncture free.
I use these tires on my road bike, a durable tire which I like, because the likelihood of this tire flatting is slim.
The only tire my will have on her bike.
No riding experience with these yet. Just installed them so far.
I bought these because I wanted something wider and with a softer ride than the 700x25C Continental Grand Prix 4000S tires I was running. As it turns out the 25C 4000S tires run 27mm wide, 1mm wider than these 28C Grand Prix 4-Seasons.
The 4-Season look every bit the part to be more durable than the 4000S version. I will report back here if I discover otherwise.
I use these tires on my cyclocross bike in the summer. They are strong and fast.
Changed the tires over from Bontrager for better all-weather traction. Working great!
Great for Gran Fondo (longer distance) rides and winter (wet) commuting.
Durable, reliable, good rolling Tire
Can't recommend these tires enough if you're looking for long-lasting puncture protection. I've been riding sets for years now and won't ride with anything else on my road bike.
Much faster and better road feel than I thought. I got a 28mm for the rear and 25mm front...running 80 psi and am enjoying the comfy ride. Not that as much difference between the regular Grand Prix that I usually ride on. Don't forget a larger tube for the 28mm if you don't usually ride that size.
Excellent tire! This is my winter training tire and both traction and puncture resistance are excellent. Out of roughly 3k miles over the winter, I average 1-2 flats, which is completely acceptable for me.
Nice ride, fast, and ideal for long daily commute in all weather (mostly wet) here in Seattle.
