I have had some sit bone issues in the past so when I go out I use a lot of chamois creams...I use asso chamois cream on the chamois and use The ButtR on my bottom I find the combination to work for me, and have no
issues on long rides over 50 miles..

Its been around forever. Works and the price is right. Tube is easier than a tub to use, and the 9ml packets are great for travel by air.
For over 10 years, I have used Chamois Butt'r before every ride, just a little for lunch rides, and more for weekend rides of 3 hours. Recently did a double metric plus at 136 miles and 8 hours, and the only thing sore was my knee. Nothing can ruin a ride quicker than a bad saddle sore, and CB does a nice job avoiding unnecessary irritation. Another nice feature is that extra CB wipes off clean without soap and water, and never presents any concern in the laundry.
Smear a little bit of this stuff on your inner thigh and say good by to skin abrasion from your riding shorts.
Easy to use, even easier to clean up with. Great product for the sensitive areas.

Classic chamois butter. Works really well, like it's supposed to, and not greasy feeling. A friend who walks 20 plus miles a day started using it and she loves it too.
What can I say...2 things I love, ButtR and a smooth saddle at the end of a ride. I don't understand how people ride without it!

I use it on any ride over 40 miles. I generally find it does a good job of preventing saddle sores. It isn't perfect, but it works better than nothing.
Use this cream religiously on long rides (>100k). Keeps the chamois moist and prevents chaffing. It also helps heal any chaffing if I forget to use.
Non-greasy yet provides good protection from friction, saddle sores. Washes out of chamois well even in cold water wash.Great value compared to similar products.

Pain never made a hero of anyone. For a comfortable ride of any length, I apply directly to skin. It is easy to use, odorless and non-greasy. I prefer the tune to the chair.
Chamois butter - you know when you need it usually after its too late, so I always use it for any ride over an hour. That means you are going to go through the stuff and this is the right mix of performance and wide availability at a reasonable price. Ride on.
