Whether on the starting line or not, the SRAM X0 Eagle Transmission (T-Type) derailleur brings competition-tested prowess to riders who let their riding prove everything. Engineered as integrated and interdependent transmission components, the X0 Eagle Transmission derailleur mounts around the wheel axle itself, contacting the cassette directly with a first-of-its-kind Hangerless Interface.
This foundationally changes the entire relationship between cassette and derailleur. Beyond that, its Full Mount attachment method creates a far stronger connection that grips both sides of the frame. The new transmission derailleurs feature the same intuitive pairing and set-up procedure as SRAM Eagle AXS derailleurs.
While out on the dirt, it's no exaggeration to say the X0 Eagle Transmission derailleur marks a seismic shift in robustness, allowing for common maintenance that serious riders demand. Featuring an overload clutch that boosts resiliency and a tucked-in profile that houses protection covers on the B-knuckle and outer link that are fully replaceable, or upgradeable to the XX skid plate.
Bottom line, the X0 Eagle Transmission derailleur changes the game while filling the need for premium componentry that's been made to last.

I was torn on staying with AXS GX as I already had an upgrade kit for my custom hardtail (I was also going to use a Silca Ti UDH). Decided to go all in as the Transmission stuff was on sale. Glad I did. Great shifting, the install is fairly easy, but just take your time and follow the directions very carefully as installation and setup is key to having the drivetrain perform as it should. Shifts quietly and of course the shifting under power is great for mountain biking. Fantastic upgrade and makes the bike even more fun to ride. I went with the XO derailleur, XO chain to go along with my Wolf Tooth Drop B chainring and Cane Creek Ti cranks.
