As other reviewers have mentioned, this cassette simply looks nice, which is a reflection of the quality of workmanship that goes into the part. The one piece design not only reduces the weight, but also makes cleaning a breeze.
I went with the 10-50t option and don't feel like I'm missing out not having a 52t gear.
Would definitely recommend if you're running a SRAM drivetrain on your mountain bike!
I find the SRAM cassettes to be strangely beautiful, especially the this where it machined out of a single block. Beauty isn't why you buy it though, it's for the performance. I find this more durable than the GX, and of course shifting is perfect.
I was on the fence with purchasing X01 cassette over the GX. Once I received the X01 that fence was gone! The X01 is lighter but more importantly it looks like a much higher quality build using a one piece machined aluminum as opposed to a riveted cassette. Time will tell but I'm guessing it will last a long time
