The Dimension Space is designed to fit riders that need a semi and round shape saddle with "medium-low pelvic rotation/flexibility" and wider ischial bone distance.
The special pressure-relieving channel Prologo calls "PAS," eliminates numbness and reduces the compression of soft tissues, improving blood flow in the pelvic area.
The extra 7mm of padding with special density foam and 153mm width ensures better comfort for longer rides.
Prologo has created this product for women and men with a greater distance between the ischial bones that require a wider saddle. This saddle is focused on extra comfort for all-around riders and all genders.

Little to compare it with but it has worked fine for me for a year now into riding my Supersix evo neo. No long rides yet but a couple of hours riding regularly -- no issues. Perhaps it just accidently fits my sit-bones well ? Until I find myself suffering in the saddle, I'll stay with it.
