This jacket is exactly what I was looking for. The medium was true to size, and I love the bolero that snaps off and converts the jacket to a vest. (My biggest complaint with cycling gear is zipper failure as happened to my very nice jacket with zip-up sleeves.) It is a very bright high-vis yellow, so good for gray days of winter. So far I've worn it in a very light rain of about 30 minutes and my underneath layer didn't get wet, but I didn't buy it as a rain jacket and I won't count on it if I get caught in a heavier rain or on a longer ride. However, it will definitely meet my normal needs, especially as I tend to overheat and rarely can wear a full jacket an entire ride. I'm a fan!

Excellent lightweight jacket/vest for mornings and evenings. When the sun comes up and it gets warm you can unsnap the sleeves, roll them up and place in the back pocket. Nice jacket for the in between weather. Works well in a light rain. Overall, this is a nice jacket with options.
I have worn this jacket numerous times. The design/fit is bang on with one exception. In my opinion there needs to be one more snap between the armpit and shoulder blade. Too much of a gap in that location. I ordered the screaming yellow which helps get driver's attention. I bought a medium. 5' 8", 135lbs. Fits loose enough to layer underneath. Package arrived in good shape and in a timely manner Thank you BikesTiresDirect!
