I've tried TONS of different fueling options, including homemade. When I need guaranteed fueling with no stomach issues, especially on all day efforts, this is my go to. My only issue is that these are a little dry and need to be eaten slowly and with water. But five stars for fueling me all day (in combo with gels) without ANY stomach issues.
