The unique boot shape of the Lake MXZ304-X Winter MTB Shoe allows for it to trap warm air, which is the best insulator for any type of footwear. continues to be the top winter specific cycling shoe of choice.

The MXZ304 features a Pittards WR100 leather Upper, a unique, highly water-resistant & breathable leather, specially engineered to retain softness & suppleness over time. Add in an Outlast temperature regulating liner, 3M Thinsulate lining in toe box, and a Thermosol composite insulation insole and together you're guaranteed the warmest feet possible while out on your ride. The uppers are also treated with a durable water resistant (DWR) coating to defend against quick showers and road spray.

Made with Lake's Winter Last, they feature a much wider & taller toebox than traditional lasts. The Winter last allows the foot to maintain proper circulation even when thicker socks are worn. For use with winter weight socks generally order 1-1.5 size up from your normal Lake Cycling shoe size.

The BOA® Fit System's M4 dial is built for gloves and freezing temperatures, defying sand, mud, and ice. Combined with Click-Fit quick release, the system makes for easy entry and exit.
