Ready to upgrade your bottom bracket? Kogel BSA Corrosion Resistant Bottom Brackets have you covered. These Ceramic BBs will fit any specified crankset on a classic threaded shell with options for on or off-road bikes. Now made with Kogel CR bearings, the result of two years of development, yielding a custom race that combines the hard wearing nature of Chrome Steel with the rust-proof qualities of Stainless steel.

Even new bikes with new high-end drivetrains can, and usually do, ship with bottom brackets using steel bearings. Even if perfectly maintained, those steel bearings just won't roll as smoothly or efficiently as ceramic bearings.

Kogel Ceramic Bearings are:

SRAM DUB BBs require Park Tool BBT-79 or similar 12-notch, 45mm tools. Shimano BBs require BBT-9 or similar 16-notch, 44mm tools.
