These are very comfortable splittens but a little bit snug / short in the fingers for me in size XL. Great warmth in freezing and wet conditions. Easy to get sweaty hands back inside the lining without much of a fight. I wish the cuff was a little longer but it is sufficient when paired with a good long sleeve. The finger chamois is soft enough to use on wet glasses for a quick wipe and sufficient for snotty leaks.
Took me a little while to adjust to shifting with only index finger when in the drops, doable but took some time to get used to. Overall a great go to for cold and wet rides.
Over the past ten years, I've spent so much money on gloves that failed miserably during winter. I was at the point where I believed functional winter cycling gloves did not exist - like it all was a scam. After reaching out to someone who was sponsored by GORE WEAR, she recommended
C5 GORE-Tex Infinium Thermo Split Gloves. Though I was not a fan of the "lobster" style glove, these particular gloves didn't have that overly bulky style to them. These gloves are subtle, streamlined, and functional! Recently, I did a gravel ride in frigid temperatures, and my hands (fingertips included) were toasty! Shifting and braking (dexterity) with these gloves were smooth as butter. I'm so impressed with these gloves that I'm buying a back-up pair!
I've tired many other gloves. These have a great fit, are high quality, and keep my fingers warm. I've not gone below 25 deg, but the wind has stayed out of them. To my biggest surprise, I felt they got warmer the longer I rode. Exact opposite what's happened to me in the past with other gloves. Nice work on these GORE.
