The Castelli Men's Fondo 2 Jersey LTD is a core layering piece; warm and with a neutral fit and reflective details, it's designed to look great whether you use it on its own or under a vest.
Castelli designed this jersey with the idea that you'll wear it half the time on its own and half the time under a vest in cooler conditions. So they made it look great no matter which way you use it. It's highly functional using their Warmer fabric, which is thickly brushed on the inside, yet the 100% polyester composition means it doesn't hold sweat. The bands on the sleeves and the vertical stripe on the pocket are reflective for low-light visibility.

I do like this jersey but the sleeves are super long, as in I could cover most of my hands, if I don't cuff them or leave them bunched up on my forearms. You can notice it the picture of the product on the website. The sleeves are noticably bunched up on the model.
I am 73" tall and 170#s with a 73" armspan, which is not short armed. I purchased the Medium. I decided to keep the jersey because of it's other positives and I use it for winter slogging and don't care that the sleeeves are not aero. Positives are it's nice and warm for the colder rides below 50F or so, the torso fits well and is not too long like the sleeves.
If you are long armed or don't care about non-aero/wrinkly sleeve profile then it's a great jersey for the pricepoint.
