The Castelli Men's Bolero SS are aero sleeves for use with the Aero 7 Jersey and San Remo Speedsuit for additional aero gains.
If you have a keen eye, you'll have noticed the lines running down the arms of Castelli pro riders when they race TTs. These aero ribs are Bolero sleeves. The ribs create aerodynamic trip strips, making Castelli Aero Jerseys and San Remo Speedsuits even faster.

I bought medium, even though I typically wear small in castelli. The fit is overall good, but there's some pinching under my pits if I don't adjust it quite right. Hard to know if the aero gains come through, but since it was discounted as a daily deal it was worth a roll of the dice. Couldn't hurt.
