Blackburn's Wayside CO2 Inflator is an elegantly designed CNC'd alloy inflator head that accepts all threaded CO2 cartridges. It uses a simple and reliable spring-loaded valve and is compatible with both schrader and presta tubes so you can get back up and going in no time flat.
Claimed weight is 22 g.

Okay, it's an inflator. This one looks cool, but this is the kind of thing I usually just get the cheapest that will do the job. Their description sums it up -- simple, but essential.

Screw in 16 gram threaded C02 cartridge to puncher the seal. Slowly unthread cartridge to gently let C02 flow to inflate your tire.
