    MODERATE NEUTRAL RUNNING SHOES Average mileage, run of the mill, cushioning shoes

    This shoe category is for you if you’re looking for:

  • Neutral shoes for average training mileage, and marathon distance races (can be worn for all distances)

    PERFORMANCE NEUTRAL RUNNING SHOES More substantial shoes than racing shoes, but designed for performance training and racing

    This shoe category is for you if you’re looking for:

  • A shoe more substantial and supportive than a racing flat, but lighter in weight (you sacrifice cushioning for the lighter weight)
  • A shoe that will give you the support you need in races from the half marathon and up
