Cervelo P2 Ultegra Carbon Triathlon Bike

Cervelo's P2 triathlon bike is the work horse of their line up. The P2 is
simply a bike that has brought the worlds of geometry and aerodynamics together
to produce a triathlon racing bike that fits most triathletes and handles quite
well. Dan Emfield of Slowtwitch.com and highly respected for his insight states
that the P2 could possibly be a better bike than the P3 simply because of
geometry and more specifically the longer headtube in the taller sizes. Dan
makes a compelling arguement that you should get as much frame as you can in the
headtube area rather than a smaller headtube filled with spacers and a longer
stem. Why? Because the taller headtube will be lighter, stronger and more
aerodynamic than 25 millimeters of spacers and a tall headset cap type build on
a smaller frame. If you are looking for a long and low fit that has a proven
heritage the Cervelo P2 is an excellent choice.
